Sadhvi Pragya arrested in Sunil Joshi murder case

Mumbai, Sat, 26 Feb 2011 ANI

Mumbai, Feb 26(ANI): Madhya Pradesh police have arrested Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, one of the prime accused in the 2008 Malegaon blast case, in connection with the murder of Sunil Joshi, a suspect in the Samjhauta Express blast case.

Pragya had been undergoing treatment at Mumbai's J J Hospital.

Mumbai's Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) had earlier claimed that she formed a group to take revenge for the Mumbai train bomb blasts and that her motorcycle was used in the bomb blast. This motorcycle was a key evidence in her arrest.

Pragya had reportedly visited Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) leader Joshi before his murder.

Joshi was killed at Dewas in December 2007 by his co-conspirators as he was 'not behaving properly'. (ANI)

Those people who have been arrested are only the foot soldiers. Probable that the orders to eliminate Joshi came from the top. Lt. Col. S. P. Purohit had met and knew about Inderesh Kumars role when he was in charge of the military intelligence. He had warned Swami Aseemanand to be careful about Inderesh Kumar. If J. Kumar could give two Muslim boys to bomb Ajmere shrine, heaven knows, he is capable of doing more vicious acts. Security officials should not leave anything to chances. Even Mossads/ISIs involvement is a possibility. We should never be surprised if Ajmal Kasab is going to tell tomorrow that Inderesh Kumar is linked to what happened on the floor of VT Station.. It was CBI chief Ashwin Kumar who had said that the evidence in the case of Mecca Masjid was very thin. But it came out to be thick. He never interrogated any RSS workers even though Devendra Gupta the RSS worker was under police custody. We see the same prejudice gathering over decades We have to go to the bottom why was Sunil Joshi murdered by his RSS co-workers
