New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee today said that an all India security helpline on a single number has been set up to facilitate railway passenger security and is likely to become operational this year.
Presenting the Railway Budget for 2011-12, Banerjee said: "A comprehensive bill has been drafted to empower Railway Protection Force (RPF) to deal with passenger related offences and it is likely to be placed before Parliament soon. (ANI)
