New York, Feb 19 (ANI): During an appearance on 'Good Morning America', Dina Lohan admitted that jail is a real possibility for her daughter Lindsay.
Asked if she felt confident Lindsay could prove she didn't steal a 2,500- dollar necklace and violate her DUI probation, the Long Island stage mom faltered, reports the New York Daily News.
"I'm not convinced about anything," she told George Stephanopoulos Friday morning. "The system is the system. I'm a firm believer in the system. Anything can happen, especially in that town."
She said everyone is worried.
"God willing she won't go back to jail. Obviously it's not a happy moment for us, and we're taking it very seriously," she said.
Lindsay faces a maximum of three years in prison if convicted.
She also faces possible time in county jail if the judge finds she violated her probation. (ANI)
