Coronavirus cases in India are rising fast and in past 24 hour 217353 cases have been reported in India, while 11,183 fatalities reported in past 24 hours. Medical systems are under high pressure due to fast increasing Coronavirus cases in the country.
Over 200,739 Covid-19 new cases were reported on Thursday and today 217353 per day cases are reported. Last week India replaced Brazil in per day cases and became second worst affected natation due to Covid-19 infection.
The active cases in India crossed 15 lakh mark and the death toll increased to 1,74,308. Situation due to Covid-19 cases are very grim and there are lot of pressure on the medical system. The second wave of Covid-19 infection is becoming severe than the first wave in the country.
In India over 174,335 people died due to the deadly Covid-19 infection. Maharashtra is worst affected state in the county which reported 61,695 new coronavirus cases and 349 deaths in past 24 hours. Maharashtra state government imposed strict restrictions in the state to stop the Covid-19 infection chain.
Delhi is another worst affected city in the country which reported 16,699 new Covid-19 cases and 112 deaths due to Covid-19 on Thursday. Strick weekend lockdown will be imposed in Delhi to stop further spread of virus.
The active cases in the Country is 15,69,743, while Five states (Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, UP, Karnataka and Kerala) accounts for the 67.16 percent of total cases. Delhi is fast becoming Hub for large number of Covid-19 cases.
