Be it feature rich smartphones, budget devices or the high-end premium ones, the smartphone market has takers for every kind and type.
Note devices too are a hit amongst the smartphone users, which keeps the makers motivated to launch more powerful of Note models. The latest one being in news is the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, which is said to come with two CPU models and different storage as well as RAM capacity.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has been in news since quite a few months. Reports had earlier stated that Xiaomi's Mi Note 2 was to sport one CPU model, backed by Qualcomm's newest Snapdragon 821 processor. However, the current details are all talking of a different story altogether.
The New Updates
Sources have now revealed that Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will have two variants based on the CPU, and one of the models will be a watered down version of the higher one. One variant will have Snapdragon 821 with 128GB memory and 6GB RAM. The other model is expected to come with Snapdragon 820, with a storage capacity of 32GB and 4GB RAM.
So far there hasn’t been an authentic confirmation on the same information. But it can be noted that in 2015, the same series had come with two variants in Mi Note and Mi Note Pro. This apparently makes us believe that the Mi Note 2 can also have two variants, with the superior one as Mi Note 2 Pro and the one lower t that as Mi Note 2.
Revealing other features in the upcoming phablets, it has been reported that the smartphones will come with 3D curved glass, and would sport an upgraded version of the 2.5D silicon-based guard. These features are generally seen in the high-end devices which help in protecting the display from getting dented at the corners. The reports also states that Mi Note 2 series will have dual-edge display similar to that of premium brand Samsung Galaxy S7 and its Note7 series.
Other than these, Mi Note 2 series is predictable to attribute Type-C port, dual 16MP main camera decked with 4-axis OIS i.e. Optical Image Stabilization, fingerprint sensor, dual-tone LED flash and a 4,000 mAh battery.
As for the release, the device is supposed to either get launched by September end or in the beginning of October.
