Samsung is batting Galaxy Note 7 while Apple has just launched its iPhone 7, and both are facing a cut to cut competition while vying for user attention. It is known to all that Samsung and Apple have been competing since long. Samsung is hauled as world's largest smartphone manufacturer while Apple aces in being the flagship race with its iPhones.
This time around the battle has intensified with Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 and iPhone 7 & 7 Plus. However, Samsung had to face a setback because the batteries of Galaxy Note 7 were reported to be catching fire and the South Korean tech giant was compelled to recall nearly 2.5 million units. Samsung had even put a full stop on Galaxy Note 7 sales so as it could fix the issues.
But latest buzz has it that Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will start the sale soon as the fault has been resolved. Coming to price, Galaxy Note 7 is priced $850 in the U.S. and in India it costs Rs. 59,900. The iPhone 7 Plus on the other hand costs $769 for its 32GB variant, but it's price in the Indian market is yet to be confirmed. The devices however will come in the Indian market from October 7.

What's Not
There is no 3.5mm headphone jack, it lacks wireless Earpods and doesn't look really comfortable. The Jet Black is a unique shade and the highlight of the iPhone 7 but sadly it's not available in 32GB. Also, the Jet Black model is said to be prone to scratches. Lastly, there are no major design changes.
Samsung Galaxy Note 7: What's Hot
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has 5.7-inch Quad HD display with dual edge screen. It is powered by 2.15GHz+1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 820 CPU/Exynos, with internal storage of 64GB, which can be further expanded up to 200GB. It is complemented by 4GB RAM.
Talking of camera, the device has 12MP dual pixel sensor, backed by f/1.7 aperture, PDAF, dual tone LED flash and Smart OIS. For selfies, it has 5MP camera with f/1.7 aperture, auto HDR, 85-degree field of view and LED flash. Galaxy Note 7 comes with 3,500mAh with wireless+wired fast charging. What's Not
The cons in Note 7 include that its base model is pricier than iPhone 7 (32GB). It has a Hybrid SIM, thee selfie camera is just 5MP and there is no dual camera. Also, batteries are a fault for now which we hope will be soon resolved.
