LG K3 Entry Level Smartphone Powered with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, Launched in India at a price of Rs. 5,500
LG has launched a new entry-level budget android smartphone in the market. The South Korean brand has launched the Android 6.0 Marshmallow powered K3 handset at a price of $80, (Rs. 5,500), and this will be available via Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile.
The major highlight of the LG K3 Handset is that it runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 SoC, paired with 1GB RAM. It comes with an in-built storage of 8GB that is expandable upto 32GB.
The handset features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) IPS display and sports a 5-megapixel rear camera along with an LED Flash. It also has a 0.3-megapixel front camera. It consists of a 1940mAh removable battery which is estimated to offer a talk time for atleast 14 hours.
Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, and Micro-USB, are several options available on the smartphone for connectivity purposes.
Expanding its X series of smartphones, LG had launched X Power, X Style, X Max, and X Mach smartphones, although, the company has yet not revealed its pricing and availability details, however, it has been announced by the company that the devices will be rolled out in the markets for sale from next month around the world. The pricing, however, will individually be revealed for each country.
While the LG X Style is best known for its sleek design, form factor; the key factor, however, for LG X Power was its large 4100mAh battery.
It is the LG Max which is expected to brag of a large form factor, whereas, LG X Mach is said to flaunt a QHD IPS Quantum display.
