Of late, we've come across many smartphones manufactured by the Chinese market and it won't be an exaggeration to say that these Chinese budget smartphones have been doing really well.
For the uninitiated, every Chinese mobile phone - before getting a release, is supposed to get a clearance from Chinese telecommunications leading body TENAA. And if go by the latest updates then the body TENAA has recently given a go ahead another of Chinese smartphone - the Xiaomi Mi Max.
It has been stated by the company that Mi Max will be divulged at the Beijing National Convention Centre to be held on May 10. The device will be launched alongside MIUI 8, which is said to be a big update of Mi phones' OS, and also Mi Band 2.

Talking of the storage capacity, it is said to have 2GB RAM with 16GB internal memory. At the camera front, Xiaomi Mi Max will have a 16MP primary camera and a 5MP front-camera.
Xiaomi Mi Max is going to be available in two models: one of the variants is supposed to have 16GB internal storage as well as 2GB RAM. The other speculated model of Xiaomi Mi Max will have 32GB internal storage with 3GB RAM. Both of these models will have microSD card slot. The color options as proposed so far happen to be the standard choices: Black, White, and Gold.
Moreover, to run on MIUI 8 based Android 6.0 Marshmallow, backed by a 4,000mAh battery; the device is also going to have a fingerprint sensor. If you talk of connectivity, then Xiaomi Mi Max is believed to support 4G LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz) and GPS + GLONASS.

During the May 10 event, Xiaomi will also divulge its next version of MIUI ROM that is to be seen running on Mi Max smartphone - supposed to be the podium lead device of its MIUI 8. Earlier Xiaomi had showed a demo video which reflected MIUI 8 notification bar hinting at some good changes.
