Given the growing demand of budget smartphones, with decent features and specifications, in India; China is busy belting out one model after other. Over the recent few years, we've seen Chinese smartphone companies launching some really amazing budget phones with quite decent features like that of high-end devices.
As per the latest updates, next Chinese phone to see day light in India is Qiku N. The company had earlier launched many other smartphones as well and this one is the new add on in its list of budget devices.
For now, QiKU N4 has been announced in China and would be available at a price of CNY 899 (nearly Rs. 9,200). The sale of it is likely to start from May 13 onwards. The India release is supposed to happen soon, probably we might get to see it in the coming month.
For now, let us check the features and specifications the phone offers and see how well it fares for the price so proposed.
Features
Earlier QiKU had come with F4 in the month of March and the new N4 is said to be the upgraded version of the former smartphone. It runs on Qihoo 360 OS and Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It supports hybrid dual-SIM support. As for the display, the device has a bigger 5.5 inch 1080p curved screen, and is backed by a 64-bit 2.3GHz Helio X20 deca-core processor backed with 4GB RAM. It is to be noted that QiKU F4 was launched with 5-inch HD display, and was backed by 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 SoC. As for storage, it had 2GB and 3GB of RAM.
QiKU N4 comes with 32GB of storage which can be further expanded to 128GB through the hybrid slot. It backs connectivity choices like the 4G LTE, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The device features a 3080mAh battery and has quick charging feature while its predecessor had 2500mAH battery. If go by the company claims, N4 can get fully charged in just 90 minutes. Not just this, if charged for 10 minutes, it can allow you to surf social networking sites for nearly 3 hours.
Camera
Talking about one of the major highlights of smartphones – the QiKU N4 comes with a 13MP primary camera with LED flash, supported by f/2.0 aperture. It also has a Sony IMX258 sensor, decked with 1080p video recording feature. As for selfies – it has 5MP camera.
Other Features
Quite like QiKU F4, QiKU N4 also flaunts fingerprint sensor which is present at its back. It's been reported that this sensor can identify an impression in just 0.4 second. Last but not least, QiKU N4 is 8.47mm thick, whereas F4 is thicker at 9.3mm. QiKU N4 is going to be available in three color choices – pink, white, and yellow.
The smartphone will surely reach out in the global market but for now we don't really have a word on the same. Let us see when QiKU plans to roll out the series in Indian and other markets alike!
