LeEco seems to be looking to conquer all major smartphone markets, as this is what reflects from its latest flagship moves.
The latest buzz states that the LeEco's Le Pro 3 and Le S3 devices have been launched in the US market, and the devices were highly appreciated during the launch. The launch of the devices took place during a San Francisco event, the garden of Google and Apple. LeEco has proved its mettle as being one of the prominent Chinese companies to make a name everywhere. Apart from the smartphones, LeEco even launched another of its product line-up, LeEc uMax85 4K TV.
Coming to the LeEco Le Pro 3, it has been heard that the device has been priced $399 (roughly Rs. 26,700), whereas LeEco Le S3 is available for $249 (just about Rs. 16,700). Moreover, its uMax85 4K TV would be available for $4,999 (roughly Rs. 3, 34,000).
Value Added EcoPass
More than the flagships, it has been heard from sources that LeEco is interested in making its ardent users adopt its set of streaming services in addition to some value-added features termed as EcoPass. It has been stated that those buying these LeEco smartphones will avail three month free subscription and for TV they get one year subscription to the EcoPass. This further qualifies them to bag two year warranty for the smartphones as well as three years for TVs. In addition to this, users will also get 5TB LeCloud storage space, infinite movies on Fandor; elite sale on LeMall; and low-cost prices for add-on content partners in the LeApp. Buzz has it that these new smartphones would be made available through a flash sale on the LeMall.com, which is to start on 2nd November.

Le Pro 3 At A Glance
Le Pro 3 was launched in China in September and it comes with 5.5-inch, full-HD display, with Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC. At the storage front, it comes with 4GB RAM, and 64GB storage. The device houses a 4070mAh battery, and can be bought in the shades of gray and gold. As for camera, there is a primary camera of 16MP while for selfies it has 8MP front camera.
Le S3 At A Glance
It’s quite alike the Le 2 which was released earlier. The Le S3 comes with 5.5-inch full-HD display, powered by Snapdragon 652 SoC. It is paired with 3GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage. As for camera, the device has 16MP main camera and 8MP selfie camera at the front. It can be bought in the shades of gray, gold, and rose gold.
Leeco's Super4 X Series Televisions
As we mentioned in the beginning, along with the smartphones, LeEco has also announced the launch of its Super4 X series televisions and this would call for the launch of Super4 X43 Pro for $649 (about Rs. 43,500); then there would be the Super4 X55 for $899 (just about Rs. 60,300); and the Super4 X65 for $1,399 (roughly Rs. 93,700). It is to be noted further that LeEco's TVs in the US runs on the EUI with the LIVE and Le apps. They also have the added support for Harman Kardon speakers (apart from the Super4 X43 Pro), Android TV in addition to Google Cast technology. LeEco's enormous 85-incher extends support to 4K with HDR 10 along with Dolby Vision. It also has 4GB RAM, and 64GB storage.
Buzz also states that LeEco is aiming at building a superior bionetwork, for which it has announced a User Planning to User (or UP2U), an untimely access system program. Participation in this system can bring monetary rewards.
Talking about the UP2U, Rob Chandhok, Chief R&D Officer for LeEco North America, shared, “We developed the UP2U model to let users directly influence how our products and services evolve. We have a dynamic process for gathering and implementing the feedback into every aspect of our business from design, R&D and software, to pricing and even the content we deliver”.
It would be interesting to see how the LeEco devices and its range of televisions would perform in the US market!
