Reliance is certainly on a high and is doing its best to take over the telecom world by a storm. Recently, it gave a tough time to all mobile network providers by launching the highly appreciated Reliance Jio - which we believe has really done well.
And now it's ready with some of its amazing flagships. First it launched the Flame 7S, and within hours of launching this device the Reliance Digital took to expanding their Lyf Wind series in India. They have now released the Lyf Wind 4S, which comes with a massive 4000mAh battery, extends VoLTE support, and an USB OTG adapter. And you won't believe that with such amazing features, the device is priced for Rs. 7,699, only, and it would soon be available for sale in the Reliance Digital stores.
Specifications & Features Of Lyf Wind 4S
Let us now have a close look at the various specifications Lyf Wind 4S has to offer. To begin with, the device comes with a 5-inch HD (720x1820 pixels) IPS display which offers the 5-point multi touch technology. It comes backed by 1.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 quad-core processor which is complemented with Adreno 304 GPU. It has a 2GB RAM, and inbuilt storage of 16GB, which can be further expanded up to 128GB.
Speaking about the camera, the new device has 8 MP main camera with autofocus and LED flash. For selfies, it offers 2MP camera which comes with fixed focus. The device camera spots various features such as the ISO, white balance, anti-banding, exposure, zero shutter lag, HDR mode, face detection, red-eye reduction, touch up mode, continuous shot, 6x digital zoom, and panorama shooting.
Moving on, Lyf Wind 4S comes with 4000mAh battery as we stated in the beginning. Reliance claims that this battery can offer 34 hours of talktime on 4G and nearly 634 hours standby time.
The device supports light sensor, e-compass and proximity sensor. Furthermore, it measures 144.7mmx73mmx9mm and it weighs 148 grams. It has the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, and it extends support to dual-SIM dual standby slots (Normal + Micro).
As per sources, it sports black, blue, and brown colour options. It supports an assortment of motion based functions such as the double click which serves the purpose of wake, then there is a slide down which launches camera, and a slide up that helps unlock. Lyf device gives options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi calling, GPS, Micro-USB 2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.1. Moreover, Lyf even bundles an USB OTG adapter which allows for effortless connection to pen drives.
With this device, Reliance is even said to be giving one year manufacturer warranty in addition to one year extended guarantee on the device. To avail Reliance's extended warranty, one will have to manually activate it via the MyLyf app.
