MSG 2 headed for a Strong 3rd Week Performance

The first week plus second weekend collection climbed to 137.90 Crores as the MSG 2 juggernaut continued to roll across 700 screens. Houseful shows are the norm in East Punjab territory while the film is still on in several theaters in Mumbai, Rajasthan, UP as well.

MSG 2 - The Messenger released on 18th September delivered a massive opening week box office response. The film collected 42.51 crores on the opening weekend and rolled through the week with record breaking house-full shows. And over the week, it raked in a total of 102.88 crores.

This figure was confirmed by Ajay Dhamija, Spokesperson for Hakikat Entertainment Pvt Ltd. The momentum seems to be carrying well into the 3rd week, which is unprecedented as it is only MSG's second film. The film is being widely appreciated by the youth and all other age groups for its refreshingly new and positive approach.
