Sony has launched the budgeted smart phone 'Sony Xperia E3' which runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and has 5-megapixel Rear Camera. It is launched in Berlin and will be available globally in Autumn 2014. The Sony Xperia E3 has also a dual SIM variant the Xperia E3 Dual.
Both the variants of the Sony Xperia E3, Sony Xperia E3 and Xperia E3 Dual have identical features, excepts the later (Xperia E3 Dual) have dual SIM support. Sony Xperia E3 is fitted with 4.5-inch IPS display and have a resolution of 480x854 pixel. The smart phone have 5-megapixel rear camera and a front VGA camera. Camera comes with video editing apps with features like HDR and Timeshift burst.

Sony Xperia E3 is fitted with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor which is clocked at 1.2GHz. The processor of this phone is coupled with 1GB of RAM and a Adreno 305GPU.

Phone supports 4GB of internal memory and an expandable microSD card upto 32GB.

The 'shake to start' is a new feature introduced in the Sony Xperia E3, which enables the users to customize the shortcuts to access a pre defined application just by holding the phone and clicking the wrist.
