Roger Federer has topped the Forbes Magazine's list of World's Highest paid Tennis Players between June 2012 and June 2013 with earnings of 71.5 million dollars.
Swiss star earned 65 million dollars from endorsements while 6.5 million dollars as Prize money. Federer is ranked No.7 in the latest ATP rankings.
32-year-old has endorsement partners like Nike, Rolex, Wilson, Moet & Chandon and Credit Suisse.
Often considered as the best tennis player of all time, Federer reportedly accumulated the amount during the 12-month period, boosted by a December 2012 tour of South America that netted him 15.59 million dollars for playing six matches.
Maria Sharapova comes second on the list, with 32.3 million dollars earnings. Russian star earned 23 million dollars from endorsements while 6 million dollars as Prize money. She launched her own candy line, Sugarpova, last year. She has endorsement partners like Porsche, Nike, Head, Samsung Electronics, Tag Heuer and Evian.
World No.1 Novak Djokovic comes in third, with 30-million dollar earnings. Serbain star earned 14 million dollars from endorsements while 12.9 million dollars as Prize money.
Rafael Nadal is ranked fourth on the list with 29.4 million-dollar earnings. Spanish star earned 21 million dollars from endorsements while 5.4 million dollars as Prize money.
The list has been announced just days before U.S. Open, which kicks off this week with players competing for a record 34.3 million dollars in prize money.
