Himmatwala Ajay Devgan turned 44 today and still energetic and enthusiastic as he seemed when he started his career as a full time actor with ‘Phool aur Kaante’, which gave his first filmfare award.
Born on April 2, 1969 to Veena and Veeru Devgan in Punjab, Ajay Devgn was raised in Mumbai and made his first screen appearance at the age of 15 in 1985 with the movie Meri Behna and six year later was seen as a leading actor in the movie Phool aur Kaatein.
Known to be one of the most versatile actors of Indian Cinema, Ajay has entertained his fans in very aspects by doing films of all genre including action, romance, comedy and various intense roles. Some of the remarkable acting of Ajay Devgan that cannot be forgotten is in the movies: Zakhm, Omkara, Raajneeti and Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Khakee, Gangajal, Company, The Legend Of Bhagat Singh, Yuva and Singham.
