Story:
Jagdish Tyagi aka Jolly is a struggling lawyer from Meerut who dreams to be India's greatest lawyer one day. However, whenever he gets a case, he messes things up. His love life is a mess too. Sandhya, the girl she loves is a schoolteacher who doesn't let him come near though she also wants him to be successful one day.
To fulfill his dream, he comes to Delhi to look for one case that will turn his fate.
During the same time a drunk person kills few people by his car. The person is the son of a rich person so no lawyer wants to take the case. Jolly somehow gets involved in the hit-and run case.
Enters India's most popular and expensive lawyer, Rajpal who is representing the drunk person. Jolly thinks this as the opportunity he has been waiting for.

Subhash Kapoor, director of the film has superbly depicted every scene of the film, the courtroom drama, the meerut language, the arrogance of a successful lawyer and most importantly the loop holes of our judicial system.
Film is not just comedy, it has a story where some scenes will make you laugh.
Subhash's story is brilliant and a complete satire on the judicial system of India.
Arshad is a tremendously gifted actor though he is underrated but he always proves that he can act if given a right script. Arshad molds himself perfectly into a struggling Meerut lawyer. There is no hesitation when he speaks the local language spoken there.
This film is another display of Boman Irani's sheer brilliance. He is a master, he can act in any role, he can mold into any character and steal the show. He has perfectly shown the arrogance, anger and competence of a rich and famous lawyer.
Amrita for her small part has played her role perfectly and she makes her presence felt.
Surprise package is Saurabh Shukla who plays the role of the Judge. There are times when he dominates both Arshad and Boman.
