On the completion of glorious 10 years of Yog Sadhna Shivir, a free blood donation and health check up camp will be organized on May 13, at Shiv Mandir near Rajdhani enclave, Rani Bagi in Delhi. Various Doctors will be present for maintaining the free medical check up program on the occasion.
The camp will be organized in Baba Sabeb Ambedkar Hospital in Rohini.
R.K Goel of Yoga Sadhna Shivir said that there will be all elaborate arrangements for the free check up of the patients. People can take the advantage of free camp where various diseases including Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Hemoglobin test etc. can be tested free.
Many experts will be available for free check up of the visitors. Healthy people from age group of 18-60 can donate blood in the donation camp.
Talking about the truth and misconception regarding blood donation, Goel said that it is wrong that blood donation weakens the body rather it improves the physical fitness. The reducing amount of blood can be achieved within 48 hours, he added.
Noted Expert in Pulse diagnosis and Acharya Vaida shree Tara Chand Sharma and Dr. P.K. Paliwal, Ayurved and Yoga expert will be present on the occasion.
It is noted that Yog Sadhna Shivir was established on 15th May 2002. Organisation works for the improvement of Yoga and Ayurveda and it also organize shivir to keep people healthy.
Goel said that organization is dedicated to work for health care and to keep it promise, it organizes free Yoga and Ayurvedic camp on various occassions. Mr. K.L. Sang, R.N. Gupta, Mr.Vipin.Jain and Mr. R. Agrawal from Yog Sadhna Shivir will be present on the occasion.
