The Arushi murder case hearing resumed in a special court in Ghaziabad as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) submitted a fresh non bailable warrant against the dentist Nupur Talwar which was opposed by Nupur counsel.
CBI has pleaded to court that there is a need for a fresh non-bailable warrant against Nupur as the warrant issued earlier has expired on Wednesday.
Although counsel from Talwar opposed the CBI plea and said that her bail application was pending before the Supreme Court and agency was refraining from arresting her.
Talwar had already got a temporary relief from the Supreme Court last week. It is noted that her plea against non bailable warrant is still pending in the SC.
Court has heard both the side and it is expected to deliver the order.
