Being new mum 'no joke': Hillary Duff

Hillary Duff has given birth to her son Luca less than a week ago, but he seems to be already giving her sleepless nights.

Duff and her husband, former ice hockey player Mike Comrie, had earlier tweeted that they had become parents on March 20. The couple has tied knot in 2010.

On the Tuesday morning, the 24 year old singer offered a glimpse into her life as a new mother.

"4 am...Sleepy eyed. Feeding baby..whew this job is no joke!", She has been quoted as tweeting in Us magazine.

"Luca fed! Mamma fed! Time to do it all again in 2 hours! Oh how life has changed! Lol In such a wonderful way :)" she wrote on Monday.

Though, she does have some help as said in Duff's tweet on Monday evening about her sister Haylie's visit.

"Haylie came over to make yummy kale salad and truffle devil eggs for din! I think it's more about her getting time with Luca but I'll take it!" she was quoted as saying.
