2012 is about to end in few hours with the beginning of year 2013. Like every year we are planning to take some resolution for the year 2013 also but confused about what. So here are 10 best New Year resolutions that would certainly reduce your confusion and you may take the best new year resolutions for you in the coming year.

  1. Stay fit: 'Health is wealth', remember this. Develop the habit of daily exercise to keep you fit. Go for a morning walk, yoga or meditation. This will increase your longevity and helps maintain weight loss and enhances mood. Good health is the key to happiness and this should be in top of your resolution priorities. Join a gym.
  2. Quit Smoking: If are thinking to quit smoking, now this is the right time for you. Take a resolution to quit smoking in the New Year. Access for some quit-smoking aids or nicotine replacement therapy. 'Smoking is injurious to health', always keep this thing in your mind. This will certainly help you to quit smoking.
  3. Enjoy Life More: Avoid disliking your lifestyle, every one around you have the same. Take a resolution to enjoy life more, however hectic and stressful lifestyle you have. Give time to enjoy your hobbies or develop some new hobby. Avoid tensions and don't get depressed at any situations and always remember 'life come once'.
  4. Learn something new: Take a resolution to learn something new in 2013. Join a computer course or lean some new language. Learning something new always helps you to feel good and boosts your confidence.
  5. Quit Drinking: 'Drinking kills', remember this. Take a resolution to quit drinking alcohol this year. And if you are not willing to quit alcohol then moderate it. It always not good to be alcoholic. This can ruin you relationships. Learn the worst effects of alcohol. This would help you quit drinking.
  6. Save Money: You can take a resolution to save money for your future if you are an extravagant. Don't spend too much in unnecessary stuffs. You can reduce your expenses by planning things properly.
  7. Utilize your time: Do not waste your time. Utilize your leisure time doing some productive works. Read something like newspaper, novels or magazines instead of wasting time sitting idle or sleeping.
  8. Spend More Time with Family and Friends: Don't get too busy with your work. 'Relationships are very important' remember this. Spend some quality time with your family and friends. Plan a dinner with friends or go for an outing with your family. Work shouldn't always come first.
  9. Give your career a boost: Today, when prices are rising very fast, it is very important to stay fit financially to live well. Go for a career change to get a hike. Set a goal that you will find a new job in 3 months or six months.
  10. Help Others: You do enough for yourself, take a new year resolution to get non-selfish this time. Volunteer yourself to help others. You can teach a child, join an NGO or adopt a tree. This would really provide you internal satisfaction.
