Months after being caught cheating lover Robert Pattinson with director Rupert Sanders, the twilight beauty Kristen Stewart is still in guilt, says her friend.
Since the 26-year-old actor accepted Stewart's apologies for cheating, both of them have found themselves on more equal, if sometimes unsteady, footing, as per reports.
Though her gratifying campaign, which a friend said she extended to his family, paid off. But, still the major issue between both of them remains trust.
"He's never going to forget what she did, but he has forgiven her," Us magazine quoted a source as saying.
The source added that the couple are not now good enough actors to fake it for their upcoming 'Twilight' movie press tour.
"Almost losing him was a wake-up call for Kristen. And Rob doesn't want to be angry anymore. They want to move forward," the publication quoted a source as saying.
A friend said that with Stewart still on relationship probation, "there are good days and bad days. She still feels guilty."
Stewart and Pattinson have already walked the red carpets of the Los Angeles and London premieres this week, with Madrid and Berlin coming up next.
A cast source on the tour maintained, "They're comfortable, almost as if no scandal had occurred."
