New Delhi, May 1 (IANS) Delhi woke up to a bright, sunny morning Tuesday with the minimum temperature settling three notches below average at 21 degrees Celsius. The met department said there could be clouds towards the evening.
"The day's maximum temperature should peak around 39 degrees Celsius. While the day should have mainly clear skies, it could turn partly cloudy towards the evening or night," an official at the Indian Meteorological Department told IANS.
Early morning humidity was recorded at 40 percent at 8.30 a.m.
Monday's maximum temperature was two notches below average at 36.9 degree Celsius, while the minimum temperature was three notches below average at 20.9 degrees Celsius.
