New Delhi, Apr 30 (ANI): Former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Bangaru Laxman, who was sentenced to a four-year jail term on charges of corruption, resigned from the party's national executive committee on Monday.

Laxman was sentenced to four years imprisonment and fined Rs. one lakh in connection with the fictitious arms deal case on Saturday.
