London, Apr 29 (ANI): Jermain Defoe, whose sex romps with a Geordie model were recently revealed, returned to face the music on the same day the fling was exposed.
The Spurs striker paid a visit to girlfriend Alexandra Burke's house to see her for the first time since his cheating hit headlines on Friday.
He was inside for five hours, but no plates were smashed and he'll be fit for Spurs' clash with Blackburn today.
The couple are weighing up whether to carry on with their relationship and have yet to make a decision.
"They haven't split - they are just deciding what to do," the Sun quoted a source s saying.
"Alexandra doesn't want more girls coming out of the woodwork and she asked Jermain if there are any more secrets he's hiding.
"They get on so well, she's annoyed he's mucked things up. Jermain has some serious apologising to do," the source said.
The footaler, who isn't buttering up the former 'X factor' winner with gifts, turned up at Burke's pad empty-handed.
He had come straight from training where he had probably been ribbed by his team-mates all morning.
The England star bedded Geordie model Laura Brown after smuggling her into his hotel room.
She claimed Jermain said his relationship with Alexandra was still in its "early days" when they spent the night together. (ANI)
