Sunny morning in Delhi, cloudy evening likely

New Delhi, April 22 (IANS) The capital woke up to a sunny Sunday morning with the minimum temperature settling at 23.4 degree Celsius, average for this time of the season. The met department has forecast a cloudy evening with possibility of thunder.

The sky is likely to get partly cloudy towards evening, an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

There are chances of thunder. The maximum temperature will hover around 35 degree Celsius, added the IMD official.

Saturday's maximum temperature was recorded three notches below average at 34.8 degree Celsius, while the minimum settled to an average of 23.6 degrees Celsius.
