Washington, April 22 (ANI): Congressman Anthony Weiner's political career is almost over.
At least, that's what it seems, after the White House has decided to cold shoulder Weiner after reports emerged that he was having sexual contact with an under-aged girl, New York Post reports.
A book titled, "Do Not Ask What Good We Do: Inside the US House of Representatives" reveals that disgraced Weiner may have been an unsavory character long before the famed 'crotchgate' debacle ousted him from public office.
The book's author, Robert Draper, claims that Weiner was an obnoxious and foul-mouthed fame-hound, who would say or do anything to get attention.
Draper reveals Weiner's confessions started with his wife, Huma Abedin, who had been willing to believe his hacking claim.
Beyond the sexting scandal, Draper describes Weiner as a profane and nasty Congressman and the 'Clown Prince of Capitol Hill'.
Draper says the final confession was made to Senator Chuck Schumer, Weiner's political mentor. (ANI)
