London, Apr 21(ANI): Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba, who suffered a cardiac arrest during their FA Cup quarterfinal clash against Tottenham Hotspurs, has been told by doctors they are baffled by what caused his heart to stop during the match.
Despite a series of tests, world-renowned experts still have no idea exactly why he crashed on the ground during the match last month and 'died' for 78 minutes.
Doctors have now surgically implanted a hi-tech zapper in his chest to shock him back to life if his heart stops again.
Meanwhile, Muamba, who is recovering remarkably well from his cardiac arrest, is now targeting a swift comeback to football.
"It's hard to believe but Fabrice is kicking a ball again," The Sun quoted a source close to him, as saying.
"It was just a game of keepy-uppy but no one would have thought it possible a few weeks ago," the source added. (ANI)
