Washington, Apr 21 (ANI): The number of people in the US who believe things are going well in the country is rising, according to poll.
The CNN/ORC International survey revealed that 43 percent people now believe things are going well in the country.
According to The New York Daily News, this was a three-point up tick from February and a 19 percentage-point rise from last August.
The survey covering 1,1015 adult Americans, also showed that 57 percent of people said that things are going badly, a three percent decrease from February and 16 percent drop from August 2011.
The majority of Americans surveyed also said that the economy is starting to recover or has stabilized, the poll revealed.
However, a third of people surveyed said they believed the economy was still in a downturn. (ANI)
