London, Apr 20 (ANI): Barbie doll versions of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been launched to mark the first anniversary of the royal couple's wedding.
The 11.5in plastic toys replicate the look of the couple during the ceremony at Westminster Abbey on April 29 last year.
Kate's doll sports a floor-length ivory gown with a lace torso and full skirt, with a posy of seasonal flowers held in one hand, the Daily Express reported.
An ivory veil, sparkling tiara and matching earrings complete the bridal look.
William's doll is dressed in the scarlet Irish Guards colonel's uniform, with blue Order of the Garter sash, that the real Prince wore.
The royal dolls, which cost 62 pounds a set, have already sold out in America due to a pre-order stampede.
It comes as Barbie's manufacturer in the US offers a range of "celebrity" dolls, which now includes Katniss, the character from the film 'The Hunger Games', and Bella and Edward from 'The Twilight' books and movie franchise. (ANI)
