Ghaziabad, April 18 (IANS) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court here Wednesday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against dentist Nupur Talwar in the case of murder of her daughter Aarushi, and has extended its validity till next hearing April 30.
The CBI Wednesday submitted before the special CBI court here to issue a non-bailable warrant of arrest against Nupur Talwar.
The CBI pleaded that since the warrant issued earlier had expired Wednesday, a fresh order was needed to arrest her.
Counsel for Talwar opposed the CBI plea on the ground that her bail application was pending before the Supreme Court, and the agency was restrained from arresting her.
The court adjourned the case till April 30.
