Peshawar, Apr 13(ANI): The JuD backed Difa-e-Pakistan Council has expressed displeasure at the Pakistan parliament's decision to re-open the NATO supply routes that had been sealed since the deadly November 26 airstrike.
"You want to feed them so they grow stronger and attack us," The Express Tribune quoted DPC chairman Maulana Samiul Haq, as saying.
Haq said that the Difa-e-Pakistan Council was opposed to the re-opening of the NATO supply line, adding that the decision was tough given "its one of the most sensitive issue in the parliamentary history of Pakistan"
He claimed that the re-opening of the NATO supply route was unsafe as the US might attack Pakistan.
Haq also argued that a petition filed against the November airstrike had not been taken seriously as it was said that the case was outside the court's jurisdiction because the petitioners were tribals. (ANI)
