New Delhi, April 12 (IANS) A day after she was reported missing, Nupur Talwar Thursday moved the Supreme Court seeking a stay of the non-bailable warrant issued against her by a special CBI court in her daughter Aarushi's murder case.
The apex court bench headed by Justice A.K. Patnaik said since the matter was not listed, it would be taken up for hearing Friday.
