London, Apr 12 (ANI): Michelle Obama showed off her exercise skills, as she took on multiple sets of jumping jacks, burpees, push-ups and sit-ups in an episode of 'The Biggest Loser'.
It was the US First Lady's second appearance on the show, and this time she hosted contestants at the White House for an intense fitness session.
The 48-year-olds guest appearance was part of the 'Let's Move!' initiative, a programme helping US children to lead a healthier lifestyle.
"I don't know if I'm ready for a workout, but I will make a complete fool out of myself if it means that more children and families get excited about that idea of incorporating nutrition and fitness into their lives," the Daily Mail quoted her as saying before she started her routine.
As a health advocate for America, the Obama proved she is exceptionally fit, with great posture and strength in each push-up and burpee.
Contestants likened the exercise session to "working out with a friend," and were all smiles as they tried to keep up with her, giggling at her comments to the show's trainer, Bob Harper.
She peppered the workout with quips like, "He's so mean," referring to Harper.
"Why are you standing by me? Get away from me" she continued as he stood over her, and then finally, "We just did these," referring to his request for another set of one-legged push-ups. (ANI)
