New Delhi, Apr 12 (ANI): Nupur Talwar accused in the murder of her daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, on Thursday moved the Supreme Court against the non-bailable warrant issued in her name by a Ghaziabad court.
The apex court further directed that it will hear Nupur's plea on Friday.
The Ghaziabad court issued the warrant yesterday after Nupur failed to show up in the court.
Earlier, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had searched for Nupur in south and central Delhi but failed to locate her.
Rajesh Talwar and his wife Nupur have been accused by the CBI of being involved in the murder of their teenaged daughter Aarushi in May 2008.
Aarushi, 14, was found dead inside her Noida residence with her throat slit and the body of the Talwars' domestic servant Hemraj was recovered from the terrace hours later. (ANI)
