Tulisa says she can't remember filming sex tape as she was drunk

London, Apr 7 (ANI): Tulisa Contostavlos has claimed that she was drunk when her leaked sex tape was made.

The X-Factor judge insists that she could not remember her then boyfriend Justin Edwards filming their romp and said that was why she denied rumours last year that the steamy tape existed.

Her heartbreak over the tape going public on a website is spelled out in an eight-page witness statement to the High Court in her battle to have the footage banned.

"I believe I must have been intoxicated at the time the video footage was taken," the Sun quoted her as saying in the statement.

"Now that I can see the video, I can see it is me in it. I must have been very drunk to let my then boyfriend Justin Edwards, who I also know features in the video, take the footage.

"Justin Edwards claims in a letter to his solicitors that I 'took many pictures and videos of us having sex' and I still have those videos. That is completely untrue."

She refutes the claim made by the commentary on the website that the video was taken in a public place.

"I can say for certain that it was not. It must have been in a private dressing room or toilet in a dressing room. My dressing room always had the door locked and there was security outside. It looks like I was at an N-Dubz gig," she said.

The 23-year-old recalls in her statement how she frantically phoned old flames last August when rumours of the tape first surfaced.

"I asked if any of them knew about any footage. They all denied it or trying to sell any," she said.

"I was unsure whether it really existed. I was, however, suspicious of Justin Edwards. He admitted taking footage of me on his mobile but said he deleted it before he sold the phone.

"I had, and still have, no recollection of such footage being taken.

"He became uncomfortable when I asked what the footage was. I was scared someone might have it," she said.

Tulisa even suspects Edwards of making other films of her. And she reveals that another girlfriend of the 28-year-old called Nisa told her she had seen a sex tape and it had been shown to other girls.

"She said he used to say he would wait until I became big, then release it to make money," she said.

"I believe Justin Edwards is a manipulating and bitter man. He has a jealous vendetta against me. This video is part of a plan to damage my life and career.The impact on my health has been severe. My concern is to stop further publication of the video," she added.

Tulisa was applying to the High Court to extend an original emergency injunction banning the video. (ANI)
