Justin Bieber buys 6 mln dollars mansion in Southern California

New York, Apr 6 (ANI): Justin Bieber has reportedly purchased a new home in Calabasas in Los Angeles County for 6 million dollars.

He negotiated down the cost from the asking price of 7.5 million dollars, TMZ.com reported.

Apparently, Mary Sue Maurer, the mayor of Calabasas, is quite excited about the pop star moving in.

"Justin is welcomed to Calabasas, and his privacy will be respected, just like everyone else's," Maurer said.

According to New York Daily News, the home, which Curbed reports was once owned by Eddie Murphy's ex-wife, Nicole Murphy, is located on 1.28-acre grounds. The Spanish-style home features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, six fireplaces, two garages and an elevator. Outside, there is a pool, a spa and a guesthouse. (ANI)
