Washington, Apr 2 (ANI): Sarah Palin will guest co-host NBC's 'Today' show as its ratings war with rival morning show 'Good Morning America' heats up.
In a statement posted on its website, 'Today' promised that the former Alaska governor will "reveal a different side of her than you've seen before", Fox News reported.
The announcement comes after it was revealed that the show's former host Katie Couric would replace Robin Roberts as co-host of ABC's 'Good Morning America' this week.
The ratings battle between the two morning shows has recently intensified, with 'Good Morning America' gaining in popularity against its historically dominant rival.
'Today' has also announced that a "surprise legend" will return to the show on Monday.
Other high-profile guests appearing on the show this week are 'Octomom' Nadya Suleman, Kim Kardashian, the Duggar family and rapper Nicki Minaj. (ANI)
