Pakistan President Asif Zardari to visit Ajmer next week

Ajmer, Apr 1(ANI): Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari will visit Ajmer next week with family members.

The Ministry of External Affairs is overseeing all arrangements of the visit.

Minister of State External Affairs E Ahmed will present President Zardari with a chadar for the Ajmer peace prayer.

Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh had earlier invited both President Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani to visit India for last year's World Cup match in Mohali.

In June 2009, Zardari met Singh for the first time since the Mumbai terror attacks at a Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Yekaterinburg, Russia. By Naveen Kapoor(ANI)
