Mumbai police registers case of rash driving after five injured in car-tree crash

Mumbai, Mar.31 (ANI): Mumbai police has registered a case of rash driving and driving under the influence of alcohol after five people were injured in a crash late on Friday night.

The injured persons were travelling in a car in a drunk state when the vehicle crashed into a tree The incident happened in the western suburb of Santa Cruz.

Police said that the driver lost control of the car, a speeding Hyundai Getz.

There were three boys and two girls in the car, the police added.

They said one of the girls was in critical condition. (ANI)
