New Delhi, March 31 (IANS) It was a hot and sunny Saturday in the capital with the maximum temperature settling three notches above average at 36.5 degrees Celsius. The met office has forecast a similar Sunday.
The day's minimum temperature was a notch above average at 18.6 degrees Celsius.
The humidity levels wavered between a high of 76 and a low of 29 percent.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi residents can expect similar weather Sunday with clear and sunny skies in store.
The maximum and minimum temperature will hover around 38 and 20 degrees Celsius.
Friday's maximum temperature was recorded three notches above average at 34.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum settled at 19.1 degrees.
