Did Brit-Indian honeymooner hand over plastic bag full of cash to taxi driver for arranging wife's

London, Mar 25(ANI): Previously unseen CCTV footage has shown British-Indian millionaire Shrien Dewani handing over a plastic bag to a taxi driver, Zola Tongo,ho has been jailed for 18 years for organizing his wife Anni Dewani's murder.

The footage was recorded in the five-star Cape Town where British Indian honeymooners were staying, after Anni's bride was shot dead in South Africa.

In the footage, Dewani is shown talking to Anni's father Vinod Hindocha, after they had been to see Anni's body at a morgue, The Daily Mail reports.

Dewani walks towards the internet room carrying the plastic bag, closely followed by the driver.

Tongo claimed the bag contained 1,000 South African rand (about 82 pound) in cash which was his payment for arranging Anni's murder.

But Dewani rejected the claim, saying he owed the driver the money for his services as a tour guide.

The footage also shows Anni, 28, and Dewani, now 32, kissing and embracing in an apparent display of affection.

This contrasts with a separate CCTV footage that shows the couple walking yards apart that same night.

Dewani is accused of paying two hitmen 1,400 pounds to kill his wife, which he dienes

The Dewani family declined to comment on the issue. (ANI)
