Thiruvananthapuram, March 27 (IANS) US-based Satmetrix, which has a development centre in the Technopark campus here, launched its customer feedback solution, Net Promoter Score (NPS), in the country Tuesday.
The NPS is being used by several companies in the US and Europe like Dell, Phillips, Shell to improve relations with their customers across industries.
'In the past nearly two years our products have been well accepted abroad and now we feel that it is time that we enter the Indian market,' said Richard Owen, CEO and president of Satmetrix.
Rao Sadhureddy, who oversees the Indian operations, said NPS helped a client to generate feedbacks from their customers.
