Warm, cloudy Tuesday morning in Delhi

New Delhi, March 27 (IANS) It was a partly cloudy and warm morning in the capital Tuesday with the minimum temperature settling a notch above average at 19.2 degrees Celsius. The met office has forecast a hot day.

"The skies will remain partly cloudy and the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 37 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological department (IMD).

The humidity at 8:30 a.m. was 63 percent.

Monday's maximum temperature was 36.2 degree Celsius, four notches above normal while the minimum temperature was recorded at 18.2 degree Celsius, a notch above average for this time of the season.
