Rival golfer Justin Rose believes Woods favorite to win Augusta National

London, Mar 27(ANI): Tiger Woods returned to form after winning his first US PGA title in more than two years, and rival golfer Justin Rose believes he is going to be the favorite to win the Augusta National, which is the next Masters tournament.

"He's going to be the man to beat at Augusta. If he's going to be playing like this again, I think he will dominate golf again," The Mirror quoted Rose, as saying.Maybe not to the same level, but I see him winning a Major a year for the next five, six years," he added.

It's not only Rose, who is of the opinion that Woods is going to start dominating golf tournaments again, Graeme McDowell, whom Woods beat by five shots to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill, also shares the same viewpoint.

"The message to the golfing world is he's back. I think he's great for golf but as far as players go, it's bad news because Tiger's back winning," said McDowell.

Most of Wood's rivals are more or less of the same opinion that if he gets back his form, then that wont be good news for them.

Another Wood's rival golfer Colin Montgomerie said: "It's ominous for our top four Europeans."

Woods himself is brimming with confidence after winning the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill.

"It is not like winning a Major, but it feels really good. Now I am excited about playing Augusta, there's no doubt. I am looking forward to the momentum I have built here and the things that I have worked on in practice," Woods said.I understand how to play Augusta National, and it's just a matter of executing the game plan," he added.
