New Delhi, March 25 (IANS) The sun shone bright Sunday morning in the capital with the minimum temperature settling at 17.3 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average for the season. The met department has forecast a warm and humid day ahead.
"The day will be warm and humid. The sky is likely to turn partly cloudy towards the evening," said an official from India Meteorological Department (IMD).
"The maximum and minimum temperature will be around 35 and 19 degrees Celsius," added the IMD official.
Humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 62 percent.
Maximum temperature recorded Saturday was 32.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the average for the season.
