New Delhi, March 24 (IANS) It was a warm and sunny Saturday morning for the capital with the minimum temperature settling at 17.7 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average for the season. The met department has forecast a warm day ahead.
"It is likely to be a warm day. The sky is likely to turn partly cloudy towards the evening," said an official from India Meteorological Department (IMD).
"Maximum and minimum temperature will stay around 33 and 19 degrees Celsius," added the IMD official.
Humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m was 47 percent.
The maximum temperature recorded Friday was 30.7 degrees Celsius, average for the season.
