Washington, March 22 (ANI): President Obama has much higher favourable ratings than Mitt Romney when it comes to treatment of dogs, according to a poll.
Public Policy Polling asked voters about Romney's treatment of his Irish Setter, Seamus, in the 1980s.
The Democratic-leaning polling firm found that 20 percent of voters have a favourable opinion of Romney's treatment of dogs to 29 percent with an unfavourable opinion.
By contrast 44 percent of voters have a favourable opinion of Obama's treatment of dogs to 14 percent with an unfavourable one, the Politico reported.
Apparently voters think he's taking good care of Bo.
Asked who would be a better President for dogs, 37 percent of voters pick Obama to 21 percent for Romney with 42 percent not holding an opinion either way. (ANI)
