Khammam, Mar 20: A school bus carrying school children plunged into a canal, killing at least 14 children in Andhra Pradesh's Khammam District on Tuesday.
It is reported that the bus was carrying over 40 children, who belonged to LV Reddy School, when the accident took place.
According to eyewitness account, the incident occurred when the bus tried to avoid a collision with a bike.
18 children have been injured in the mishap, who were immediately rushed to the nearby hospital. (ANI)
