No use talking to India for bilateral cricket ties revival: PCB chief

Islamabad, Sat, 17 Mar 2012 ANI

Islamabad, Mar 17 (ANI): Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Zaka Ashraf has ruled out the possibility of talks with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), saying that the outcome is "clearly understood".

"There's no use of asking India any further. Their board doesn't want to play with us and that's clearly understood," The Express Tribune quoted Ashraf, as saying.

India had earlier decided to stop bilateral cricket between both countries after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks in 2008.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), disheartened at the continued reluctance shown by their Indian counterparts, has pushed for the revival of the game, but India appears to be firm on its decision as of now. (ANI)
