New Delhi, Mar 17 (ANI): Abhay Deol has been officially chosen by Prakash Jha for his next venture, putting to rest rumours that Abhishek Bachchan was doing the film.
The director said in a statement that Deol is perfect for the role and the news about Bachchan being part of the project was a result of 'false reports'.
"We have never officially announced that Abhishek was part of the film. These were all false reports that were making the rounds," he said.
"At the moment Abhay, Arjun (Rampal) and Manoj (Bajpai) are part of the film. And I think Abhay is perfect for the role," he added. (ANI)
